- The refund request is submitted within the allowed time period
- The course has not been substantially consumed, completed, downloaded in bulk, or misused
- There is a genuine issue such as accidental duplicate purchase, major technical access failure, or material mismatch between the course description and the delivered product
3. Cases Where Refunds May Be Refused
Refunds may be refused in cases including, but not limited to, the following:
- You changed your mind after purchasing
- You did not read the course description, eligibility, format, or requirements before buying
- You lack time to complete the course
- You are dissatisfied for reasons unrelated to quality, access, or material mismatch
- A significant portion of the course has already been accessed, watched, completed, or consumed
- You downloaded materials, copied content, or attempted to retain the product after seeking a refund
- Your account was suspended or terminated for violating our Terms & Conditions
- The purchase was made during a special sale, scholarship, limited promotion, beta launch, or explicitly marked non-refundable offer
4. Subscription Plans
For subscription-based plans, you may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period, unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
If a free trial is offered, it is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged.
5. Duplicate or Unauthorized Payments
If you were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical issue, duplicate transaction, or payment gateway error, contact us promptly. Verified duplicate payments may be refunded or adjusted.
6. Technical Issues
If you face technical problems accessing a course, you must first allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. A refund is not justified merely because of a temporary technical issue that can be fixed within a reasonable period.
