COWRIN may use technical protection measures, including:

  • Learner-specific watermarking.
  • Dynamic video watermarking.
  • PDF watermarking.
  • Email and phone number watermarking.

8 Account Sharing Detection

COWRIN may treat the following as possible signs of account sharing or misuse:

If suspicious activity is detected, COWRIN may temporarily block access and request verification.

9 Unauthorized Recording and Privacy Violation

Recording a live session may expose the voice, image, name, chat, questions, or personal information of trainers, learners, and staff.

Therefore, unauthorized recording is not only a content misuse issue but may also create privacy and confidentiality concerns.

Users must respect the privacy of all participants.

Any recording, screenshot, sharing, forwarding, or public posting of live session content without permission may result in strict action.

If COWRIN finds or reasonably suspects violation of this Policy, it may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Civil or criminal legal action where permitted by law.
  • Reporting to appropriate authorities where required.
COWRIN is not required to provide prior warning before acting in serious cases.

11 Leaked Content With User Watermark

If leaked, shared, uploaded, resold, or distributed content contains your watermark, account identity, email, phone number, order ID, login identifier, or access trail, COWRIN may treat it as evidence connected to your account.

You are responsible for protecting your account and course materials.

Claims such as “someone else used my account” may not be accepted unless you provide credible evidence and timely reporting.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately inform COWRIN at [email protected].

Corporate learners must follow both COWRIN’s policies and the rules of their organization.

Sharing one corporate seat among multiple users is strictly prohibited unless explicitly allowed in a written agreement.

14 No Transfer of Rights

Purchasing a course does not give you ownership of the content.

You receive only a limited right to access the content for personal learning.

You do not have the right to reproduce, distribute, display, perform, publish, resell, license, teach, train, or commercially exploit COWRIN content.
