8 Recording of Sessions by COWRIN

COWRIN may record live classes, webinars, workshops, doubt-clearing sessions, trainer-led sessions, meetings, or online events for the following purposes:

• Course delivery, learner access, internal training, quality improvement, trainer evaluation, dispute resolution, compliance, security, investigation of misconduct, and platform improvement.

By attending such sessions, you acknowledge that your name, voice, image, questions, chat messages, participation, and interactions may be captured in the session recording.

If you do not want your face or voice to be captured, you should keep your camera off, avoid speaking on audio, and use permitted text-based communication where available. However, attendance and participation information may still be collected.

Users are not permitted to independently record COWRIN sessions unless they receive prior written permission from COWRIN.
