COWRIN Policy

Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the refund rules for courses, subscriptions, live classes, recorded courses, webinars, workshops, digital learning materials, certificates, and other paid services offered by COWRIN.

Effective Date 10-July-2026
Last Updated 10-July-2026

By purchasing any COWRIN course or service, you agree to this Refund Policy.

Please read this Policy carefully before making a payment. COWRIN provides digital learning products and online educational services where access, once activated, may be considered delivered either fully or partially.

1 General Refund Principle

COWRIN provides digital educational products and online learning services.

Once course access is activated, digital content is made available, live class access is provided, LMS access is created, videos are unlocked, PDFs are downloaded, class links are shared, or learning materials are issued, the service is considered delivered either fully or partially.

Therefore, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.

2 No Refund After Course Access Is Activated

No refund will be provided once any of the following has occurred:

  • Course login/access has been activated.
  • Recorded video lessons have been unlocked.
  • Live class link has been shared.
  • PDFs, notes, slides, assignments, worksheets, or downloadable materials have been accessed or downloaded.
  • The learner has attended a live class.
  • The learner has viewed any course module.
  • The learner has attempted quizzes, assignments, assessments, or certification activities.
  • A certificate has been issued.
  • The course batch has started.
  • The subscription period has started.
  • The user has received substantial benefit from the course or service.
Important: This rule exists because digital course content cannot be returned once accessed.

3 Refund Before Access Activation

A refund request may be considered only if:

  • The user has paid for a course but access has not yet been activated.
  • No course content, class link, LMS login, recording, PDF, notes, or material has been shared.
  • The refund request is raised before the batch start date or within the allowed refund window displayed at the time of purchase.
  • The user provides valid payment proof and registered account details.

Approval of such refund requests is at COWRIN’s discretion, subject to verification.

4 Duplicate Payment

If the user is charged twice for the same course due to a technical or payment gateway issue, COWRIN will verify the payment records.

If duplicate payment is confirmed, the duplicate amount may be refunded to the original payment method after deducting payment gateway charges, if applicable.

The user must report duplicate payment within 7 days of the transaction by emailing [email protected].

5 Failed Transaction

If your payment fails but the amount is deducted from your bank account, the amount is usually reversed by your bank or payment gateway according to their timelines.

COWRIN is not responsible for bank or payment gateway delays.

If COWRIN receives the payment successfully, course access will be provided or refund may be processed based on the user’s request and eligibility.

6 Batch Rescheduling

COWRIN may reschedule live classes, batches, trainer sessions, or workshops due to operational reasons, trainer availability, technical issues, low batch strength, emergencies, or unavoidable circumstances.

Rescheduling alone does not automatically qualify for a refund.

If a batch is rescheduled, COWRIN may offer:

  • Access to the new batch.
  • Recorded session access.
  • Alternative session date.
  • Credit adjustment toward another course.
  • Any other reasonable learning alternative.

7 Course Cancellation by COWRIN

If COWRIN cancels a paid course or batch completely and does not provide any alternative batch, recorded access, credit note, replacement course, or equivalent learning option, the user may be eligible for a refund.

Refund eligibility will be reviewed based on:

  • Payment status.
  • Access already provided.
  • Materials already shared.
  • Classes already attended.
  • Course percentage delivered.
  • Administrative and payment gateway costs.

8 No Refund for User-Side Issues

Refunds will not be provided for issues caused by the user, including:

  • Change of mind.
  • Lack of time.
  • Personal schedule conflict.
  • Failure to attend classes.
  • Poor internet connection.
  • Device issues.
  • Not checking emails, WhatsApp messages, SMS, or platform notifications.
  • Providing incorrect email address or phone number.
  • Not meeting course eligibility expectations.
  • Misunderstanding course details already displayed on the website.
  • Expecting job placement where no job guarantee was promised.
  • Expecting offline training where online training was clearly stated.
  • Not completing the course.
  • Not liking the teaching style after access has been provided.
  • Buying the wrong course without reading the details.

9 No Refund for Misconduct or Policy Violation

No refund will be provided if the user is suspended, removed, blocked, or terminated due to:

  • Unauthorized recording.
  • Screen recording.
  • Mobile recording.
  • Screenshotting restricted content.
  • Sharing course material.
  • Uploading course content.
  • Selling or redistributing course content.
  • Sharing account credentials.
  • Using one account for multiple learners.
  • Harassing trainers, staff, or learners.
  • Abusing community access.
  • Fraudulent payment.
  • Chargeback misuse.
  • Fake identity.
  • Certificate fraud.
  • Violation of Terms & Conditions.
  • Violation of Course Access & Anti-Piracy Policy.
  • Violation of applicable law.

10 Subscription Plans

For subscription-based access, the subscription fee is non-refundable once the subscription period starts.

Users are responsible for cancelling renewal-based subscriptions before the renewal date, where such option is available.

No refund will be provided for unused days, partial months, unattended classes, unused access, or failure to cancel before renewal.

11 Discounted, Promotional, and Bundle Courses

Refunds are not available for:

  • Discounted courses.
  • Launch offers.
  • Promotional pricing.
  • Festival offers.
  • Coupon-based purchases.
  • Bundle purchases.

12 Corporate Training and Institutional Purchases

Refunds for corporate training, institutional programs, sponsored learners, bulk enrollments, or B2B training engagements will be governed by the signed proposal, invoice, statement of work, purchase order, or agreement between COWRIN and the client.

If no separate agreement exists, this Refund Policy will apply.

13 Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 7 to 15 working days to process after approval.

Actual credit to the user’s account may depend on the bank, UPI provider, card network, wallet, payment gateway, or financial institution.

COWRIN is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

14 Refund Method

Refunds, if approved, will generally be processed to the original payment method.

COWRIN may request additional information to verify the transaction, identity, bank details, or payment proof before processing the refund.

Refunds will not be processed to unrelated third-party accounts unless permitted by COWRIN after verification.

15 Deductions

Where applicable, refunds may be subject to deductions, including:

  • Payment gateway charges.
  • Bank charges.
  • Taxes already paid or payable.
  • Administrative charges.
  • Course access cost.
  • Materials already delivered.
  • Classes already attended.
  • Certificate processing charges.
  • Any other direct cost incurred by COWRIN.

16 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Users must contact COWRIN support before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.

False, abusive, or dishonest chargebacks may result in account suspension, course access termination, certificate cancellation, legal recovery action, and blocking of future enrollments.

COWRIN reserves the right to submit course access logs, payment records, login data, content usage records, communication history, and acceptance of policies as evidence in chargeback disputes.
