By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing a course, attending a class, using our platform, submitting information, making payment, downloading materials, or using any COWRIN service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2 Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms:

  • “COWRIN”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to COWRIN INNOVATION PRIVATE LIMITED.
  • “User”, “Learner”, “Student”, “Customer”, “you”, or “your” refers to any person who visits, registers, purchases, accesses, or uses our services.
  • “Platform” means the COWRIN website, mobile application, LMS, payment pages, online course portal, live class platform, recorded course platform, communication channels, and related digital services.
  • “Course Content” means all videos, live sessions, recorded sessions, slides, PDFs, notes, case studies, assignments, quizzes, worksheets, mock tests, downloadable resources, trainer explanations, course structures, templates, designs, and learning materials.
  • “Services” means all courses, subscriptions, live classes, recorded courses, webinars, workshops, assessments, certificates, support services, and any other service offered by COWRIN.

3 Eligibility

COWRIN services are primarily intended for users aged 18 years and above.

If you are below 18 years of age, you may use our services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or lawful guardian.

By using our platform, you confirm that the information provided by you is true, accurate, current, and complete.

COWRIN reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend accounts, restrict access, or cancel enrollment if false, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information is provided.

4 Account Registration

To access certain courses or services, you may be required to create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, passwords, OTPs, registered email, phone number, and account access.

You must not share your account access with any other person.

Each course purchase is for one individual learner only unless explicitly mentioned otherwise in writing.

COWRIN may suspend or terminate your account if we detect credential sharing, multiple-user access, suspicious login activity, unauthorized device usage, misuse, fraud, piracy, or violation of these Terms.

5 Course Purchase and Access

When you purchase a course, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the course for your personal learning only.

You do not receive ownership of the course content.

You are not allowed to copy, record, download, reproduce, resell, distribute, publish, upload, forward, transfer, sublicense, modify, or commercially exploit any course content.

Course access may be time-limited, subscription-based, batch-based, or lifetime-based depending on the course plan displayed at the time of purchase.

COWRIN reserves the right to update, modify, improve, replace, remove, reschedule, or restructure course content, trainers, modules, classes, assessments, or platform features at any time.

6 Online Classes and Recorded Sessions

COWRIN may provide live classes, recorded classes, webinars, doubt-clearing sessions, workshops, and trainer-led sessions.

Users must attend sessions professionally and respectfully.

COWRIN may record live sessions for course delivery, learner access, training quality, internal review, dispute resolution, compliance, and platform improvement.

By attending a live session, you understand that your name, voice, image, chat, questions, or participation may be captured.

Users are strictly prohibited from recording, screen-recording, photographing, screenshotting, copying, downloading, sharing, uploading, publishing, or distributing any live or recorded session without written permission from COWRIN.

7 Strict Anti-Recording and Anti-Piracy Rule

All COWRIN course content is protected intellectual property.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Screen recording course videos.
  • Recording live sessions using mobile phones, cameras, software, browser tools, or external devices.
  • Taking screenshots of restricted content.
  • Downloading videos, PDFs, notes, or resources without permission.
  • Sharing login credentials.
  • Sharing course links, class links, recordings, PDFs, slides, or notes with others.
  • Uploading course content to WhatsApp, Telegram, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Google Drive, Dropbox, websites, social media, or any public/private group.
  • Reselling course access or course materials.
  • Using course content to create competing courses, training programs, workshops, videos, PDFs, or commercial materials.
  • Removing, hiding, cropping, blurring, or tampering with watermarks.
  • Attempting to bypass security, access restrictions, device limits, video protection, or platform controls.
Any violation may result in immediate suspension of access, cancellation of certification, denial of refund, permanent account blocking, legal notice, claim for damages, injunction, complaint to appropriate authorities, and any other action permitted under applicable law.

8 Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on COWRIN, including course videos, scripts, slides, PDFs, notes, images, graphics, logos, brand names, course names, module structures, assessments, website content, software, learning design, templates, and training methods, is owned by or licensed to COWRIN.

No user is allowed to use COWRIN intellectual property without prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to the user.

Any unauthorized use of COWRIN content may be treated as copyright infringement, breach of contract, misuse of platform access, and violation of applicable law.

9 Course Certificates

COWRIN may issue certificates based on course completion, attendance, assessment performance, assignment completion, payment status, and other eligibility conditions.

Certificate issuance is not automatic unless specifically stated.

COWRIN reserves the right to withhold, reject, revoke, or cancel certificates if:

  • The user has not completed course requirements.
  • The user has violated course access rules.
  • The user has shared, copied, recorded, or misused course content.
  • The user has provided false information.
  • The user has engaged in cheating, impersonation, misconduct, or fraud.
  • The payment is disputed, reversed, unpaid, or fraudulent.

Certificates are issued for learning completion and do not guarantee employment, promotion, salary increase, professional license, government recognition, admission, or placement unless explicitly stated in writing.

10 Payments

All payments must be made through authorized payment methods provided on the platform.

Course prices, offers, discounts, coupon codes, taxes, subscription fees, and payment terms may change at any time.

A payment is considered successful only after confirmation from the payment gateway or COWRIN’s internal system.

COWRIN is not responsible for failed payments, payment gateway downtime, bank delays, incorrect payment details, or third-party payment processing errors.

11 Refunds

Refunds are governed by COWRIN’s Refund Policy.

By purchasing a course, you agree to the Refund Policy displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

No refund will be provided for violation of anti-piracy rules, account sharing, unauthorized recording, misuse of access, completed courses, downloaded materials, consumed content, or certificate-issued courses, unless required by applicable law.

12 User Conduct

Users must not:

  • Harass, abuse, threaten, defame, insult, or disturb trainers, staff, learners, or other users.
  • Post offensive, illegal, discriminatory, obscene, misleading, or harmful content.
  • Share spam, malware, phishing links, unauthorized promotions, or commercial advertisements.
  • Misrepresent qualifications, identity, payment details, or account ownership.
  • Engage in cheating, plagiarism, impersonation, fake attendance, fake assignment submission, or fraudulent certification activity.
  • Disrupt live classes, abuse chat features, or misuse learner communities.
  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, overload, scrape, copy, or interfere with the platform.
Violation may result in warnings, removal from class, suspension, account termination, certificate cancellation, legal action, and denial of refund.

13 Learner Community Rules

If COWRIN provides access to WhatsApp groups, Telegram groups, forums, communities, discussion boards, or class groups, the user agrees to follow professional conduct.

Community access is provided for learning support only.

Users must not share course content, advertisements, unrelated promotions, political/religious arguments, offensive content, job scams, personal attacks, or confidential information in such communities.

COWRIN may remove users from communities without refund if they violate group rules.

14 Accuracy of Course Information

COWRIN makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate, updated, practical, and useful course content.

However, course content is provided for educational purposes only.

COWRIN does not guarantee that all content will be error-free, complete, uninterrupted, suitable for every user, or applicable to every employer, hospital, insurer, company, legal situation, or professional context.

Users should apply independent judgment and seek professional advice where required.

15 Career, Job, Internship, and Income Disclaimer

COWRIN may provide career guidance, skill development support, interview preparation, resume tips, or industry exposure where applicable.

However, COWRIN does not guarantee:

  • Employment.
  • Internship.
  • Placement.
  • Promotion.
  • Salary increase.
  • Business income.
  • Client acquisition.
  • Government recognition.
  • Professional license.
  • Admission into any institution.

Any statement about career opportunity, job relevance, salary potential, or industry demand is educational and informational unless explicitly guaranteed in a signed written agreement.

16 Healthcare and Professional Education Disclaimer

Some COWRIN courses may relate to healthcare administration, hospital billing, insurance, RCM, medical terminology, AYUSH, wellness, or other healthcare-related topics.

COWRIN courses are for educational and training purposes only.

They are not a substitute for medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, clinical decision-making, insurance adjudication authority, hospital policy, government regulation, employer training, or professional licensing.

Learners must follow applicable laws, institutional policies, clinical protocols, insurance rules, and professional guidelines in their workplace.

17 Platform Availability

COWRIN aims to provide reliable platform access but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability.

Access may be affected by maintenance, updates, technical errors, internet issues, third-party failures, payment gateway downtime, LMS issues, video hosting problems, security incidents, or events beyond our control.

COWRIN is not liable for temporary interruptions, delays, data loss, or access disruption caused by technical or third-party issues.

18 Third-Party Tools and Links

COWRIN may use third-party tools such as payment gateways, video platforms, analytics tools, LMS platforms, webinar tools, email tools, WhatsApp integrations, hosting providers, and advertising platforms.

Use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

COWRIN is not responsible for third-party platform errors, downtime, data practices, payment failures, content, policies, or security incidents outside our reasonable control.

19 Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to COWRIN’s Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

COWRIN may process user data for account creation, course access, payment processing, learning progress tracking, certification, communication, support, security, anti-piracy protection, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

20 Account Suspension and Termination

COWRIN may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account without refund if you:

  • Violate these Terms.
  • Share account access.
  • Record or distribute course content.
  • Misuse course materials.
  • Engage in piracy or copyright infringement.
  • Provide false information.
  • Disrupt classes or communities.
  • Abuse staff, trainers, or learners.

Termination does not affect COWRIN’s right to retain necessary records, enforce legal rights, recover damages, or pursue remedies.

21 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, COWRIN shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of income, loss of opportunity, loss of data, business loss, emotional distress, employment loss, or reputational loss arising from use of the platform or services.

COWRIN’s maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific course or service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law.

22 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless COWRIN, its directors, officers, employees, trainers, consultants, partners, vendors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, legal fees, or proceedings arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your misuse of the platform.
  • Your unauthorized recording or sharing of content.
  • Your infringement of intellectual property rights.
  • Your violation of another person’s privacy.
  • Your fraudulent, illegal, abusive, or negligent conduct.
  • Your breach of applicable law.

23 Force Majeure

COWRIN shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet failures, cyberattacks, government restrictions, strikes, platform failures, payment gateway issues, cloud service downtime, pandemic, war, civil unrest, regulatory actions, or technical disruptions.

24 Changes to Terms

COWRIN may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be posted on the website or platform with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform.

25 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, courts and authorities in Hyderabad, Telangana, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, the platform, or COWRIN services.
